1. The Ruby Billionaire III by Jacob & Co.

Back in 2016, Jacob & Co. unveiled a one-of-a-kind all-diamond watch called the Billionaire. It was such a hit that it’s now on its third version. As of April, you can choose from three styles—one with rainbow gems, one with emeralds and one with rubies. The ruby version, in particular, made waves in May when Usher wore it to the Met Gala. This show-stopping piece features 714 natural rubies, adding up to 147.65-carats.

2. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding 41mm Full Gemset

In late May, Audemars Piguet took the camouflage trend to the next level by unveiling two fully gem-set 41mm Royal Oak Selfwinding models. These watches feature a camo-inspired pattern that covers the dial, case and bracelet, all made up of 861 baguette-cut gemstones in either blue tones or a mix of green, brown and black. The blue version includes 44.32 carats of blue sapphires and Swiss blue topaz, all set in 18-carat white gold. The second option uses 39.91 carats of black sapphires, vibrant tsavorites and smoky quartz to create a more classic camo look, also in 18-carat white gold.

3. Chopard Alpine Eagle 41 XP Frozen Summit

At the peak of Chopard’s Alpine collection is this 18-carat white gold model, covered in 29.02-carats of baguette-cut diamonds. It’s a showcase of Chopard’s stone-setting skills, with the 41mm case, crafted from ethically sourced 18-carat white gold, designed to mimic the shimmer of starlight on a glacier. Inside, the watch features the ultra-thin L.U.C 96.41-L automatic movement, certified by the Poinçon de Genève, a mark of top-tier craftsmanship in the world of watchmaking.

4. Breguet Classique Double Tourbillon ‘Quai de l’Horloge’ 5345BR

On June 26, 1801, Abraham-Louis Breguet introduced the world to the tourbillon. To celebrate that invention, the brand bearing his name released a 46mm rose gold watch featuring not one, but two tourbillons. The 588N2 movement, made up of 740 components, showcases over 250 years of watchmaking tradition. Among the many artisanal details is a new guilloché pattern, inspired by sound waves, applied to the rotating rose gold mainplate and the rhodium-plated gold bridge below.

5. Hublot MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System Titanium

This watch was introduced in January during LVMH Watch Week. It ditches the traditional dial, hands and oscillating weight, instead combining the movement and dial into one radical design. With 592 components, the watch took five years of research and development to perfect. Instead of hands, it uses four rotating displays: hours and minutes are shown in the top third, the power reserve is in the middle and the seconds are displayed in the lower third, directly on the tourbillon cage, which is tilted at 35° for better visibility.
