ELA International will receive support from 11 watch brands that have donated rare, unique timepieces for Christie’s Rare Watches Live Auction in Geneva on November 11, 2024. Proceeds from the auction will fund research into leukodystrophies and support affected families.
The collection includes exclusive pieces from Andersen Genève x BCHH, ArtyA, Atelier Haute Complication, Bovet, Girard-Perregaux, Konstantin Chaykin, Louis Erard, Montblanc, Richard Mille, Swatch and Ulysse Nardin. Each watch is listed without a reserve price and comes with a Watch Certificate passport to verify authenticity and traceability.
Andersen Genève x Benjamin Chee Haute Horlogerie Celestial Voyager
The ‘Celestial Voyager – Pièce Unique ELA’ features a platinum case, an aventurine city ring, and a one-of-a-kind cloisonné enamel dial depicting a world map. Designed with simplicity and precision, this model reflects the craftsmanship of the Celestial Voyager. In tribute to this unique edition, the 24-hour ring displays ‘ELA’ at the 12 pm position.

ArtyA Butterfly Damascus Micro-Rotor model
The watch has a 40mm case made from Damascus steel, known for its unique appearance and durability, paired with modern carbon fiber side inserts. The iridescent ‘Farfalla’ butterfly wing dial, crafted from a single butterfly wing, reflects ArtyA’s expertise developed over the past 15 years.
This watch introduces the company’s new in-house caliber, an automatic movement that took three years to develop.

Bovet Récital 12 model
The BOVET Récital 12 took over two years to develop. Its handcrafted, manually wound movement is semi-skeletonized to show the inner mechanics. The dial features an off-center seconds display, indicated by a three-armed blued steel hand. A seven-day power reserve indicator above the dial lets the wearer know when the watch needs winding.
The Récital 12, released in 2024, is BOVET’s first sports watch and the only model so far available with a metal strap.

Konstantin Chaykin Seneca model
The design of this watch features the signature ‘Joker’ indications for the hours at 10 o’clock and minutes at 2 o’clock. It is dedicated to Lucius Annaeus Seneca the Younger, the Stoic philosopher of ancient Rome. The date display is notable for incorporating Latin letters into the numerals, spelling out Seneca’s phrase ‘Recte facti fecisse merces est’ throughout the month. To accommodate this combination of complications for the Wristmons collection, Chaykin created a new caliber, the K.18-1.

Richard Mille Ref. RM65-01
The RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph represents five years of development, making it Richard Mille’s most complex automatic timepiece to date, with only 120 pieces available. Its RMAC4 caliber, controlled by a six-column wheel, ensures precise timekeeping. This high-frequency automatic movement has a variable-inertia balance running at 36,000 vibrations per hour. A pusher at 8 o’clock quickly winds the fast-rotating barrel’s spring, and the chronograph provides a 60-hour power reserve, driven by a variable-geometry rotor.

The collection will tour New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Geneva ahead of the auction.
