It’s no surprise to see a host of celebrities gracing the stands at Wimbledon, the most iconic Grand Slam tournament. The English event epitomises elegance, with an abundance of finery, linens and pastel hues that seem to have been plucked straight from the set of Downton Abbey. Wimbledon 2024 hasn’t just been about thrilling tennis matches but also a prime venue for watch enthusiasts. This year, as the players served and volleyed on the legendary grass courts, the spectators in the stands flashed timepieces that were as impressive as the action on Centre Court. From classic designs to vintage pieces, the watches spotted at The Championship have become a talking point in their own right. Here’s a look into some of them.
